		<description>Exceptional, thank you.  The very useful statistics reveal that the only sector which is growing is demand for more, more, more government largesse.  Revenues, alas for those with their hands out, are down 17%.  

I found your explanation of why you do not expect a sudden CRASH! of the dollar extremely sensible, with the proviso that people in general and governments in particularly are not always sensible.  Blood lust and expectations of future gain may yet lead the Asians to cut loose their butterflies.

One of my speculations has long been that much of the commercial building has been a way of laundering funds generated by the &quot;war&quot; on drugs.  Whether that is so (in which case it was never &quot;real&quot; money, so to speak), one wonders what the drug cartels will do.  Start demanding yen or euros for their products?!
