I need a favor, I have a loan for a lote, only the land no structure, and with out my permition true the bank a insurance company was charging me for insurance in that loan do you thing I could sue them for what they did to me all this years? because this lote is in the States is 1- 1/4a and a residential area, They should paid back my money… Thank you, for your time…

I have very little income but a modest annuity which is supposed to increase my periodic payments due to increasing cost o f living. Should I leave i t as it is, or buy CDs or whatever? It is American Investors Life Insurance Company, Inc. Apparently they sold or were owned by the ins company when I bought it unbeknownst to me . It is now called “AVIVA” of Topeka, KS

If you have limited funds and want to invest in precious metals I would look at my local coin store and buy American 1 oz Silver Eagles. They should cost around $17-$18 for each coin. IMHO. If you are talking an IRA look at ETFs like GLD or SLV.
