I need info on the Real Estate side of the S & L crisis. Most of the info that I have found deals with the bank side and unprudent lending, but the money had to be lent to something and that something was real estate. The hubris of the time was in commercial property and housing development. Dallas still has not recovered from commercial real estate bubble. I need to know how these properties were handled.
