Argentina Trade Summit: Trade Summit Fails

THE TRADE SUMMIT in Argentina ended in complete failure. The lofty goal was to open a free trade zone stretching from Alaska to Chile. The summit ended without even so much as an agreement to restart the failed talks at a later date. The Associated Press reports:
