Jobs: As Good as They Seem?

Bloomberg is reporting, "U.S. April Payrolls Rose 138,000":
"Employers in the United States added fewer jobs than expected last month, and wages jumped by the most in almost five years, government figures showed today. The unemployment rate held at 4.7%.
