Barack Obama And The Red-Green Alliance (Part II)
Carl von Clausewitz, the revered Prussian theoretician of modern warfare whose theories and strategies are still being taught in todays war colleges, stated that when faced with war, the first of all strategic questions is to identify the kind of war in which one is engaged.
And as brilliant as the teachings of von Clausewitz are, he left out one important point
The first pre-requisite to surviving, let alone winning any type of war, is to recognize that youre under attack and in one in the first place.
And that, dear reader, is where America finds itself today
Under attack and unaware, mainly thanks to the actions of former President Barack Obama.
In the second installment in this series on the Red-Green Alliance, I want to introduce you to an American patriot whose name and whose story youve most likely never heard.
The reason youve never heard it is because the Obama administration did everything possible to silence him and his story.
And its his stunning story on how the Obama administration surrendered to Islamic Jihad which Im going to share with you today...
See Something, Say Nothing
Philip Haney was a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security. He was a 13-year, career Homeland Security officer who became a whistleblower, exposing the Obama administrations purge of patriots and policies in the fight against radical Islamic terror groups.
In 2016 he wrote a book titled: See Something, Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Governments Submission to Jihad.
Haney joined Homeland Security in March of 2003 as a Customs and Border Patrol Agent.
And thanks to his twenty-plus years of experience in the Middle East and studying the strategy and tactics of the global Islamic movementhe hit the ground running in the post-911 world.
Haney began doing intelligence analysis for DHS and was quickly promoted to a specialized DHS unit called the Advanced Targeting Unit, or ATU.
In 2006, he produced a report on the Muslim Brotherhood network within the United States. A report which outlined all of the major organizations and their leaders operating in the U.S.
At the time, the Department of Homeland Security oversaw 22 different agencies. And what ultimately brought Philip Haney to the attention of high ranking members of the Obama administration was his work as a data base expert and linking his work and intelligence reports to all 22 agencies under the DHS umbrella.
Haneys work was initially welcomed and recognized as ground-breaking, as the sharing of intelligence with all other agencies within the government was still in its infancy.
However, that all changed with the arrival of the Obama administration in 2008
Philip Haney had identified a new, rapidly growing organization within the global Islamist movement. Its name was Tablighi Jamaat. It was an organization with between 75 and 125 million members that originated in the 1860s on the Indian subcontinent.
Outside of America, its known as The Army of Darkness. Its theology was very similar to Saudi Wahhabism, with which it had formed an alliancewhich also explained why the Saudis had been funding madrassas in places like Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh.
Members of Tablighi Jamaat are known as evangelists for Islam. They travel the world in small groups of two to five, and travel to mosques around the world, encouraging believers to become more Salafimore observant to the original way of Islam.
Haney noticed these groups were primarily coming to the United States from the U.K. on Visa waivers, with letters signed by an Iman in the U.K. who was already on the DHS radar, which set off a red flag.
And it was that red flag which launched Haney into a broader investigation while working at the National Targeting Center (NTC) in Washington, D.C.
By March of 2012, Haneys investigation had triggered over 1,200 law enforcement actions based on his caseThe Tablighi Jamaat Initiative.
Soon thereafter, Haney was visited by members of Obamas State Department. They voiced concerns over the focus on Tablighi Jamaat as a terrorist organization, because they were not currently on the governments designated list of global terror organizations. They warned Haney he could be violating their civil rights and civil liberties.
Unbeknownst to Haney at the time, the Obama administration had essentially adopted a policy of not investigating Muslim or Islamic organizations who were not already on the designated terrorist list.
And if youre thinking right about now, thats insaneyoud be right.
This policy not only granted constitutionally mandated civil rights and liberties for foreign groups and individuals, but essentially stopped cold any investigation into new emerging terror groups.
Officials from the State Department soon issued cease and desist orders to Haney and the NTC, stopping his investigation cold.
The San Bernardino and Orlando Attacks
Now fast forward to the December, 2015, terror attacks in San Bernardino, California
When Philip Haney first saw the attacks reported on television, he jumped to his feet and shoutedthats my case, Tablighi Jamaat!
The mosque that attacker Syed Farook attended was part of that Tablighi Jamaat network. As was the Ft. Pierce, Florida, mosque of Omar Mateen, the shooter behind the Pulse Night Club shooting in Orlando, Florida, where Mateen killed 49 and wounded 53.
The Obama administration had order the deletion of sixty-seven records out of the DHS system that Haney had worked on, as part of the State Departments cease and desist order, regarding his earlier investigation of Tablighi Jamaat
Records that very plausibly would have prohibited Syed Farook from being able to travel to Saudi Arabia where he was radicalized, in addition to stopping the issuance of a Visa to his fiance allowing her entry into the U.S.thereby stopping the San Bernardino attacks
And quite probably, the Pulse night club shootings in Orlando as well, where the shooter Omar Mateen stated in a 911 call made to police shortly after the shooting began, that he swore allegiance to the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, Abu Barkr al-Baghdadi. While later stating, he was triggered by the American led interventions into Iraq and Syria.
But, the story doesnt end there, its only the beginning
Before it was done, the Obama administration had purged over 820 internal DHS files on Islamic extremism based on a new policy it had adopted
A policy which moved from a traditional model of investigative work by law enforcement, to a more politically correct model focusing on community engagement and dialogue.
The FBI went on to issue a new policy document titled, Guiding Principles; Touchstone Document on Training, which provided for the rationale behind the Obama administrations change of policy and tactics.
The expression of that policy was seen in the days after the Orlando shootings, as Attorney General Loretta Lynch had all references to Islamic terrorism removed from the transcript of the 911 calls related to the Orlando shootings before they were released to the public.1
The Obama administrations policy on Countering Violent Extremism was so pro-Islam that at the same time as the purge of its investigative records was happening (Jan. 27th and 28th, 2010), it actually invited known affiliates of at least two of the same Muslim Brotherhood front groups that had just been named as unindicted co-conspirators in the largest terrorism trial in the history of the United StatesThe Holy Land Foundation trial; to a meeting between Muslim leaders and Homeland Security Sec. Janet Napolitano, a meeting hosted by the DHS department of civil rights and civil liberties.
Later that spring, at least six members with known affiliations to the known Muslim Brotherhood front groups were appointed to the CVE (Countering Violent Extremism) Working Group itself.
By the spring of 2010, the U.S. had reached the point to where members of the Customs and Border Patrol were removing all linking information (meaning the connecting dots) of individuals linked to the Muslim Brotherhood from its records, while the Obama administration was bringing the very same individuals onboard in positions of influence to both create and implement domestic and foreign policy regarding the administrations CVE policies and procedures.
In June of 2013, Judicial Watch obtained and released hundreds of pages of FBI records revealing that in 2012, the agency purged its anti-terrorism curricula of all material determined by a group of subject matter experts, to be offensive to Muslims.
The FBI later refused to disclose the identities of those subject matter experts.
In other words, the Obama administration invited active members, including unindicted co-conspirators of active investigations into the administration to write the policies guiding the investigation of all future investigations into radical Islam.
In the real world, I believe they call that putting the fox in charge of the hen house.
In part three of this series, Ill identify the national security back door left wide open by the Obama administration and the threat it poses to America.
